MediaLaws is pleased to share the Call for Papers for the Special Issue on AI in the Justice Sector promoted by the Journal of Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development (JAISD) of IRCAI – International Research Center on Artificial Intelligence under the auspices of UNESCO.
This Special Issue, scheduled for publication in March 2026, aims to explore how Artificial Intelligence shapes justice systems, legal institutions, and the everyday work of legal professionals. Topics of interest include, among others, access to justice and procedural fairness, judicial efficiency and independence, case studies of AI implementation in courts and tribunals, and ethical governance and accountability frameworks.
