MediaLaws is pleased to announce the call for participation for the Digital Constitutionalism Academy 2026, which will take place on 9–10 April 2026 at Villa Ruspoli, Florence. This edition is entitled “Digital Regulation and Governance: Framing the Role of Public Law and Private Law” and it will explore the evolving dynamics of digital regulation and governance.

The first day is scheduled for a conference to explore the changing landscape of digital regulation, focusing on the roles of the public and private regulatory spheres. The second day features the Training School, which includes interactive sessions led by top scholars and practitioners. The goal is to enhance participants’ knowledge of digital regulation and governance, promote valuable exchanges, broaden professional networks, and inspire new collaborative research opportunities.

Regarding submission guidelines, for paper presentations applicants are invited to submit: 1) an abstract (max. 500 words); 2) name and affiliation; 3) CV; 4) short bio. For the training school, applicants should submit: a CV; a statement of interest (max. 300 words) outlining their motivation to participate.
