MediaLaws is pleased to share the event “GenAI in legal practice – a fundamental rights perspective”, the 2nd European Scientific Legal Tech Summit at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) on 26 and 27 March 2026.
The event is organised in cooperation with the OEFG working group on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights and ICON-s Austria, and it aims at bringing together international scholars to discuss their research on “genAI in legal practice”, with a particular focus on the fundamental rights perspective.
Connected to the event, there is a call for papers for collecting presentations that will be delivered during the event: contributions from different disciplines are welcomed, e.g. law, IT, data science, economics, political sciences, philosophy etc.
Abstracts of 500 words as well as a short CV, including the author’s name, title, affiliation, and contact details, by 15 November 2025 via e-mail to legaltech@wu.ac.at.
